20th Annual Korean Festival

Friday, August 2 – Saturday, August 3

Organized by the Hawaii Korean Chamber of Commerce, the annual Korean Festival aims to promote Korean culture. Proceeds fund local service projects and scholarships. This year’s event will be held at Kakaako Mauka Gateway Park and features a meet and greet with actor Shin Hyun-joon and a special performance from K-Pop Girl Group SPIA! Admission is free and attendees can also enjoy cultural displays, a kim chee eating contest, various food & craft vendors, and much more!

Keiki, Canine & Kitty Fest

Don’t miss Hawaiian Humane Society’s inaugural Keiki, Canine & Kitty Fest at the Kosasa Family Campus at Ho‘opili, celebrating its one-year anniversary! This free event promises a day of exciting activities including games, face painting, glitter tattoos, keiki crafts, and story time. Enjoy delicious food from local vendors and take part in a lucky draw where everyone wins!

Hawaiʻi State Federal Credit Union will also be sponsoring all adoption fees for both the Kosasa Family and Mōʻiliʻili Campuses, making it a perfect day to find a new furry friend. While admission is free, donations to the Pet Food Bank and items from our Wish List are greatly appreciated to support animals in need.
