Eligibility: The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. The Giveaway is only open to residents of Hawaii.

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Hawaii Parent, 350 Ward Avenue, Suite 106-304, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 (the “Sponsor”).

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor concerning the validity of entries, the eligibility of entrants, the award of the prize, or to terminate the Giveaway before the end of the Entry Period (as defined below), shall be final and in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit the Hawaii Parent website and submit an entry form for automatic entry. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Giveaway is prohibited. Alternatively, you may mail a completed entry form found in the January/February 2026 issue to: Hawaii Parent, 350 Ward Avenue, Suite 106-304, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Thursday, January 1st at 12:00 AM HST and ends on Saturday, February 28th at 11:59 PM HST. Only entries received during the Entry Period will be eligible. Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

Selection of Winner: The Prize Winner will be selected by a random draw. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance.

Prize: One Winner will be selected to receive a Five Tickets to a Dolphin Watching & Snorkel Tour.

Privacy: Email addresses collected through the Giveaway entry form will only be used to contact winners or for giveaway-related communication. Your information will be kept confidential.
